In mechanical manufacturing, every detail counts. Especially in demanding industries such as medical technology, logistics, conveyor systems, home appliances, or e-mobility, precision isn't just a bonus – it's a fundamental requirement. Even the slightest dimensional deviations in the micron range can impact functionality, safety, and durability. That’s why precise measurement technology is not merely a final quality check for us – it's an integral part of every step in our production process.
High-Precision Technology for Complex Requirements
In addition to standard measuring tools such as calipers, plug gauges, and micrometers, we also use two high-precision coordinate measuring machines: the Aberlink Axiom and the Coord 3 Benchmark 6.5.4 by Märklen. These allow us to inspect dimensional, form, and positional tolerances in 3D – with an accuracy of up to 0.003 millimeters. For comparison: that’s about one-twentieth the thickness of a human hair. This ensures that every hole, surface, and position fits exactly – whether in individual parts or series production.
More Than Just Dimensions: Focus on Surface Quality
For us, precision goes beyond geometric tolerances. Surface quality is also critical in drive technology – for example, in low-friction components, sealing surfaces, or visually sensitive parts. We use specialized roughness testers and various microscopes to detect even the finest structures and irregularities. The result: components that not only meet technical requirements but also impress with their visual and functional quality.
