At Kern Motion Technology, we use professional coil winding technology that enables us to wind coils on bobbins or produce coreless versions. This flexibility means we can manufacture high-quality coils tailored to our customers’ precise specifications – whether as one-offs or series products. We can produce coils with a maximum diameter of 300 mm and a maximum wire gauge of 1.6 mm. Depending on the coil type, a wide range of different wires can be used.

Coreless coils
Our winding process lets us produce coils without bobbins for direct integration into drive units or housings.Coils on carriers
To ensure a secure hold and a precise fit, our coils are wound on L or U-shaped bobbins – ideal for add-on parts or specific dimensions.
Encapsulated coils
Our coils are connected with strands or cables, fitted with connectors and overmoulded with plastic to create a robust, sealed unit.

Whether by soldering, crimping or welding – our coil ends are professionally connected and insulated to ensure maximum performance and safety.
