Turning
From conventional turning to the use of CNC-controlled lathes – with a maximum diameter of 360 mm and a length of 700 mm, we guarantee precision and efficiency when machining your components. Tolerances in the µ range can be achieved on our CNC-controlled lathes.
Milling
With a maximum diameter of 450 mm and a length of 360 mm for round components, and a maximum size of 500x450x360 mm and a maximum weight of 300 kg for flat components, we offer the versatility you need for your projects. Tolerances in the µ range can be achieved with our CNC-controlled milling centres.
Grinding
With a maximum component length of 700 mm and a diameter of 200 mm for cylindrical grinding, as well as a length of 500 mm and a width of 270 mm for surface grinding, we offer precise machining for a wide range of components.
Testing
Alongside our standard measuring equipment such as callipers, plug gauges and micrometers, two portal measuring machines are also available. They allow dimensional, shape and position tolerances to be checked with an accuracy of 0.003 mm. In addition, we have a range of measuring devices for surface-quality testing, including various microscopes.
