COIL WINDING

DIVERSE WINDING TECHNIQUES FOR CUSTOMISED SOLUTIONS

In our production facility, we offer a variety of winding techniques, including linear, flyer and needle winding technology. Thanks to our high-quality equipment and extensive expertise, we can produce coils with diameters ranging from 20 mm up to an impressive 300 mm.
Whether you need complex customised solutions or near-series products – we offer a wide range of tailor-made solutions.

COILS FOR DRIVE SOLUTIONS

OUR COIL WINDING TECHNOLOGIES
Linear winding technology
In the electrical industry, coils are manufactured by rotating the coil body or core with insulated wire, e.g. for solenoid valves, relays and transformers.
Flyer winding technology
Flyer winding technology is a method used in the electrical industry, primarily for the production of coils, rotors and stators. The wire is wound onto a winding template using a rotating winding arm. This enables fast and automatic winding, and is ideal for series production.
Needle winding technology
Needle winding technology is an advanced process for electric drives in which the copper wire is precisely inserted into slots in stators or rotors. This enables high power density and efficiency. This technology also offers greater precision, automation and flexibility.
